📦 UK Shipping

We currently ship within the UK.

Standard Shipping – £2.99
All orders under £20 are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

FREE Shipping – Orders £20+
Orders with a total value of £20 or more qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping.

Your order will be provided with tracking, allowing you to follow its progress once it has been dispatched.

⏱️ Processing Times

As many of our products are personalised and made to order, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched.

If you have ordered personalised items, please ensure that all personalisation details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail's delivery times apply. Please note that tracked delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

📮 Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your Royal Mail tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been handed to Royal Mail.

If your order appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
